Assistència Sanitària offers its members a free application for iOS (iPhone, iPad), Android, and Windows-phone that provides several functions to facilitate access to the services of the entity.

Through the mobile phone you can find the nearest doctor, center or emergency service, verify how far you are and know how to get there. You can also keep your favorites list.

Requests for authorization of services can be made with great agility (response in 24-48 hours of working days, being able to download the authorization document in the same mobile or from the Assistència website.

At any time you can check your balance of checks and, if necessary, buy new bills charged to a bank card.

For your protection, it is necessary to identify yourself with a username and password in order to access some of these functions. If you are not yet registered, you can do so by accessing the insured register.

In addition to the option of direct call to the SUD, in case of urgency, and the possibility of consulting and locating the health care centers and the medical staff of the entity, the newest application is the augmented reality, which is presented for the first time in Spain within the health sector.

Through the mobile phone you can locate the center or doctor of the nearest medical team, verify how far you are and know how to get there with the simple gesture of focusing the camera as if it were a compass.
